Michael Bereslavsky from Domain Magnate put out a video about the latest industry trends, which include a price drop in the market for content sites for the first time in months.
He states that sale price (not listing price) monthly multiples were previously 35-40x and are now more like 30-35x.
This is, in part, due to the fact that there is less capital in the market now, with investors finding it harder to raise capital to acquire. Michael talks about how it is still easy to sell higher-quality websites, but lower-quality sites are much harder to sell due to less liquidity in the market. He also states that there is less high-quality supply in the market now, as sellers chose to hold on to them, due to multiples having dropped.
Onfolio launches its new discourse media channel with insights from some great guest contributors.
My favourite post was What Investing Teaches Us About Marketing and Business by J. Paul Hendricks, but it was also super interesting to read Businesses We Passed On by Dom Wells, the CEO, which has great comments such as:
You’re basically inheriting a ticking time bomb

Domain investor James Iles reported that Static Media, the digital media company which owns brands such as Mashed.com & Looper.com, acquired the domain Explore.com.
He states they are investing heavily into the site:
The company, which has a total monthly audience in excess of 170 million, has acquired Explore.com to host a brand new site entitled Explore, which offers a wide array of articles related to travel. Details of the acquisition haven’t been disclosed, but Static Media is pumping money into its new brand, currently advertising 9 new job openings for freelance writers for Explore.com.
The sitemap currently has 6 post sitemaps and Weglot Wordcount maxes out so I’d say so:

On the 25th October, $DOGE price was 0.06USD and after Elon tweeted a Halloween image of the meme dog yesterday, the price spiked as high as 0.16. There are rumours and speculation that $DOGE may become the payment solution for Twitter, which Elon teases at:
But what’s more concrete is that CZ, the Binance CEO who invested in Elon’s deal to buy Twitter, will be launching a new perpetual contract that includes DOGE.
This is likely not the time to buy into $DOGE however if you’re looking to take a position, the pump has already happened, volume is trending down and it’s now 20% down from the top.
